Fees

As a direct access clinic, we are able to speed up the process for you getting into physical therapy. You can make your first appointment by calling us, without the need for a prescription. 

We are an out of network provider and have no contracts with insurances, except Medicare

We charge a flat fee for services and don't have any additional costs. 

We have partnered with Reimbursify  for you to check what your insurance benefits are and to see whether they reimburse your treatments. (This will not work for most HMO's and Medicare)  This service has been paid for by us.

West Sonoma County Physical Therapy will be providing a super bill which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement 

Our fees:

Initial evaluation: $160

1 hour follow-up appointment : $150

30 minutes follow-up appointment:  $80

6 pack 1 hour follow up sessions:   $780

Most patients will need an average of 4-6 sessions to be well on their way.
