Fees

As a direct access clinic, we are able to speed up the process for you getting into physical therapy. You can make your first appointment by calling us, without the need for a prescription. ( Except Medicare)

We are an out of network provider and have no contracts with insurances, except Medicare

We charge a flat fee for services and don't have any additional costs. 

West Sonoma County Physical Therapy can provide a super bill upon request at your 1st visit,  which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement 

Our fees:

Initial evaluation: $160

follow-up appointment : $125

6 pack of follow up sessions:   $720

Most patients will need an average of 4-6 sessions to be well on their way.
