Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy Evaluation: One on one evaluation to discuss injury/pain/condition, medical history, and patient goals, musculoskeletal examination, treatment and development of treatment plan and home exercise program.

Physical Therapy Follow-Up:  One on one time for follow up treatment sessions which may include manual therapy and specific exercise as well as updates to home exercise program and patient education

Wellness Services (self pay)


Total Body Wellness Assessment:    A full body strength and mobility assessment is performed to look for potential abnormalities that can be corrected with an exercise plan. That plan will be given to the client to continue on their own. There is no physical therapy treatment with this visit. It is a preventative/wellness service. Recommended to be performed regularly or before starting any new exercise regimen or activity to help prevent injuries.


Upper Body Wellness Assessment:  An upper body strength and mobility assessment is performed to look for potential abnormalities that can be corrected with an exercise plan. That plan will be given to the client to continue on their own. There is no physical therapy treatment with this visit. It is a preventative/wellness service.  Recommended to be performed regularly or before starting any new exercise regimen or activity to help prevent injuries.


Lower Body Wellness Assessment:   A lower body strength and mobility assessment is performed to look for potential abnormalities that can be corrected with an exercise plan.
